Terms and Conditions

  • We guarantee our services 100%, if you are not satisfied with the results you can contact us within 24 hours of our services and we can complete what we have forgotten.
  • It is important that you know: We do not make returns, We do not give discounts
  • We take care of sending an honest, qualified and professional team to your home. If you suspect any type of theft or damage to your property, you must contact us within 24 hours after offering our service to your home or office.
  • Check your home before our team leaves it and report any incidents.
  • Remember that during cleaning some objects may have moved. We suggest you search carefully, ask our team, or call us within 24 hours of offering our service.
  • Compensate the owner for theft if the individual is found guilty. We strongly recommend keeping your personal valuables out of sight and in a safe place.

Damage

We are a professional cleaning team but accidents can happen. Therefore, if there is any damage, it must be reported via portal / email or by telephone to our company within 24 hours after having carried out our work in your residential or commercial space.  Likewise, our team is responsible for reporting any damage to your property during work hours.

Arrival

  • We can provide an estimated arrival time, but not a precise arrival time due to weather, business day, traffic, road conditions, etc.
  • Residential cleaning work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. -5 p. m.
  • Commercial: outside office hours.
  • Times are not guaranteed and we do not offer discounts or refunds for late arrivals.

Entering your house

  • Someone must be home to let our team in. If no one is home, we may need to have access to a key or code to enter your home.
  • If you have a concierge desk, we may require permission to enter and a password/code.
  • If no one is in your residential or commercial space on the day and time of your appointment, we will leave. We understand that situations can occur, therefore we will wait 30 minutes after our arrival before leaving and canceling your appointment. (Full price will be charged).
  • Pets must be supervised by the owner.
  • Disrespectful and aggressive behavior towards our team will not be tolerated and our team may leave. (You will be charged full price.)
  • Sentimental/high value items must be reported and kept in a secure location or out of sight of our team.
  • We assume no responsibility for sentimental/high-value items/furniture/documents/photos/plates/glasses/sinks/televisions that are not fully secured, loose, mounted or negligently moved.

Security

  • We don’t lift heavy objects.
  • Our area to be cleaned must be free of objects such as toys (or additional charges may apply)
  • Our team does not handle hazardous substances, including pets or human fluids.
  • I can’t climb anything higher. We only use extension poles and 2-step ladders.
  • We work in a house with air conditioning/heating. The temperature may vary. However, a temperature of 70-74f is recommended.
  • Our team is required by law to wear non-slip footwear.
  • Furniture must have protective covers. We are not responsible for scratches on the floor.
  • Security alarms must be turned off on the day of cleaning or we may need a code to turn them off.
  • Pets should be supervised at all times by the owner and away from the cleaning area because they may be frightened by the sounds of vacuum cleaners and unknown personnel.

Leaving your house

  • You must be there to check our work and report any incident if applicable.
  • We can lock the door to your house with the code or key provided and we can place it in a safe place.
  • We can leave the keys at your concierge.
  • We can mail keys (fees may apply)

The climatic conditions

  • We follow the local school system for weather-related closures and will reschedule your cleaning appointment at no additional cost.

Appointment cancellation

  • Cancellation must be made by email/portal/or phone.
  • Rescheduling/cancellation must be made within 72 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling within 72 hours will be charged a fee of $120.00.
  • Booking an appointment with less than 72 hours and canceling it with less than 72 hours will incur a fee of $120.00.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 72 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full cleaning price you selected.
  • If you cancel the appointment on the same day, you will be charged the full cleaning price.

Cleaning products and equipment

  • We are in charge of providing our work team with all products and work materials. For Novus Bubble each client is important and so is their needs, therefore we give them the option of using their own cleaning products.
  • We do not provide toilet brushes. Make sure you have one; Otherwise, we may charge you $20 for a new one; After you use it, you can keep it

  • House sizes are verified and the price difference for incorrectly booked house sizes will be invoiced.
